I am a PMHNP-BC, DNP providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
