My name is Dr. Chima Asikaiwe, MD. I am a board-certified psychiatrist with subspecialty training in Geriatric psychiatry. I specialize in treating the adult and geriatric population and children with psychiatric or psychological disorders. I have over 15 years of experience in caring for patients with psychiatric disorders. Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services is a private, outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health practice based in Garland, Texas. We are committed to working with you to help you navigate challenging situations and achieve your mental health goals.
We treat patients with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar, mood, sleep, and other psychiatric conditions, and children with psychiatric disorders, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, and Autism. My goal is to keep patients healthy, stable, functional, and productive. I work closely with patient's family to provide support and education.
