Yoga Somatic Group
Our Yoga Somatic groups address issues around Anxiety, Trauma related stress as in PTSD, ADHD and depression. Come and learn new ways to reduce your anxiety and other symptoms by using your own body to heal itself. Gain new skills to help calm yourself down with minimal or no medicines. These groups run for 8 sessions and you can rotate through the groups again until you master the concepts and are equipped with new ways to be in control and manage your own symptoms. The groups are led by one of our counselors who is being trained as a certified Yoga Instructor.
