I work with patients of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders and a wide range of mental health conditions. As a Latina and member of the LGBTQ+ community I enjoy supporting those who face the unique challenges impacting queer people and people of color. I also enjoy supporting those facing relationship challenges and am kink and polyamory positive.
I approach mental healthcare with a holistic, trauma-informed and evidence-based framework. I incorporate "two eyed-seeing" integrating the strengths of western medicine with the strengths of indigenous and traditional cultural healing practices.
