My name is Grace Korir, a Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I provide mental health care via telehealth throughout the state. My goal is to provide exceptional mental health care to individuals struggling with mental health challenges by providing support and treatment for better mental health outcomes. I am passionate about destigmatizing and promoting mental health wellness. My clients know me for my empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusting relationship with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
My approach to patient care is individualized and client centered. I utilize holistic approach where I look not only at the mental health aspect of a client, but also an individual's wellbeing as whole. This allows care that addresses the root cause of mental health problem.
I use a collaborative approach with all my patients. Building rapport is key in establishing a positive relationship. As your mental health provider, I will work with you to identify concerns, explore strengths, and set up specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time specific goals that are unique to your needs.
