I am Grace Fultang-Shadzeka, a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Walden University and focus on using evidence-based and holistic methods to enhance each individual's ability to heal and adapt. I emphasize self-care and personal responsibility, fostering a sense of independence and empowerment in my clients.
