What is your idea of mental wellness? How do you see yourself achieving it? I specialize in multiple treatment modalities including medication management, therapy, and integrative treatment, all intended to support your mental well-being. I am experienced with the pharmacological treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, intrusive thoughts, and post traumatic stress disorder. In addition, I utilize therapy and integrative modalities of wellness to support clients' well-being. I am a multi-faceted provider that flourishes on working with clients who are open and inquisitive.
It is essential to me to treat with empathy and as if each person has a sensitive past, regardless of the particular circumstances, severity, or outward presentation. I use a trauma-informed approach with all treatment, be it medication management or therapy. Listening is paramount; my goal is to ensure you feel heard and respected.
I currently am NOT taking new clients. My office space is inviting, warm, bright and private. My website is under construction, however all questions can be answered and all information and intake processes can be obtained via email. Consultation and scheduling for first time clients is via telephone.
