Welcome to Glow Mental Health LLC. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is ready to help you glow your brightest and live your best life. Using evidence-based practice and the recovery model, we will work together on a journey that empowers you and instills hope; glowing beyond the limitations of a mental health diagnosis and reaching optimum potential. Prescription medication management can be a balancing act, and I strive to help you reach your goals with stable and well-balanced mental health. I offer diagnosis and treatment for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, ADHD, bipolar and mood disorders, and many other mental health needs for both adults and teens.
I have been working in healthcare for over a decade and saw a real need for mental health services. I realized that mental health was not one-size-fits all and decided to develop a customized approach. My customized care plans include virtual medication management, brief psychotherapy, and personalized life coaching through the convenience of telehealth.
