I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress, emotional instability, or difficulty concentrating. My goal is to understand the whole person—not just the diagnosis—and create a personalized plan that supports stability, confidence, and hope.
