I am an experienced board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years of mental health experience. I treat clients of all ages, from school-aged children to elderly individuals, tailoring their approach to each client's unique needs and developmental stage based on the best available scientific evidence. I perform diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and medication management for clients with depression, bipolar, anxiety, severe psychosis, insomnia, ADHD, trauma, OCD, substance use disorder, and many other mental issues not listed. I have inpatient, IOP/PHP, and outpatient experience.
I'm compassionate and warm-hearted. My approach focuses on actively listening to clients' concerns, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the most appropriate level of care, which could be individual therapy, medication management, or other interventions based on their specific situation.
