As a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I care for the community by balancing rational, emotional and spiritual well-being. By using a holistic approach I provide my patients with the tools to overcome psychiatric symptoms and stressors. I am described as genuine, compassionate, and empathetic. My patient’s happiness, safety and comfort are of the upmost importance to me. I work with children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population afflicted with different mental health conditions to develop personalized treatment plans to achieve patient specific optimal goals.
I am able to conduct psychiatric evaluations focusing on an individualized treatment plan, medication management and when appropriate, solution-focused interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are used to provide my patients with the tools to live a balanced life. I specialize in Anxiety Disorder, Depression and Geriatric Mental Health.
I practice using evidence based guidelines to deliver the best psychiatric care to my patients to enhance their mental and psychosocial well-being.
