This may include adjusting physical activity, sleep hygiene, dietary choices, vitamins, and practicing mindfulness. If the symptoms are overwhelming, we can also explore medications as an option. My goal is to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, ADHD, etc. through an individualized treatment plan and the use of genetic testing when appropriate.
Collaboratively, we will identify your goals and create a supportive network of providers to ensure you receive the best possible care. Everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental, peaceful space when we are overwhelmed. I seek to provide a comforting space for you to be open about the disconnect you are feeling.
