I work best with people who take their mental health seriously but juggle demanding or non-traditional schedules. Many of my clients feel exhausted, on edge, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, panic, or low mood, and they're ready to sleep better, feel more stable, and show up fully at work and at home. Having spent 14 years on the night shift myself, I know how hard it is to ask for help when you're already running on empty. That's why I offer flexible, late-night scheduling to make care fit your life.
I provide evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy for adults dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic, OCD, and schizophrenia. Together we'll clarify what's going on, adjust medications as needed, and build a plan that fits your life.
You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely collaborative. If you're overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to try next, we can sort through it together at a pace that works for you. If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
