Dr. Bates is a doctorally-prepared adult psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC. She has provided psychiatric services and medication management to clients in various settings as a civilian and through the military. She ensures that her clients receive culturally competent care based on their individual needs.
