I am a highly motivated double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about holistic and patient-centered care. I have experience working in community health clinics, nursing homes, inpatient settings (Yale New Haven Hospital), and private practices. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, substance use, schizophrenia, and PTSD are some of my specialties.

I use collaborative, solution-focused, and evidence-based research in medication management while maintaining flexibility, patience, and professionalism to meet the needs of every unique individual.
