I specialize in evidence-based treatment, using cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and coaching. I also prescribe medications when they are the right fit, always from an evidence-based, integrative perspective. I will often use various tools such as genetic testing to find the right choices if medications are indicated.
I come from an integrative medicine perspective and realize that problems are not best addressed by medications alone.
