I treat the full range of psychiatric conditions from anxiety and depression to ADHD and dementia. I am very interested in helping people improve their lives. Certain situations may benefit from the use of psychotropic medications. Other times, psychotherapy is recommended and often a combination of the two is the best treatment approach.

I am a Psychiatrist providing medication management as well as psychotherapy. Medications can be useful in stabilizing anxiety and depressive symptoms as well as treat various other psychiatric symptoms. Psychotherapy involves exploring patterns of thoughts, behaviors and emotions as well as underlying issues which may contribute to these unwanted symptoms.
