Apprehensive? Or just exhausted and sad? I am so glad you found me. I know it is not easy. It takes courage to ask for help. I treat adolescents through adulthood. I specialize in choosing between medication, functional philosophy, soft coaching, intent based behavior therapy, and I am trained in osteopathic philosophy. This all means that I can help individuals in finding the balance of medications, meaning, behavior, and mind.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with 29 years in the field. I have seen about 200,000 patient hours with that many stories. As a D.O. I look at the milieu causing the symptoms as opposed to focusing on just the symptoms. This helps if/when medications are necessary to be able to choose the correct medication.
In addition to any medications this approach to the whole mind, behaviors, and breaking one's self perpetuating cycles are the differing factor between my methods as a doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.) versus a doctor of allopathic medicine (MD.)
