I see patients with the following concerns: depression, anxiety, trauma or PTSD, anger, irritability, OCD spectrum disorders, alcohol and substance use, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other cognitive concerns such as dementia. I also care for patients with sexual disorders, and personality disorders such as borderline or avoidant personality disorders. I specialize in caring for women either planning pregnancy, during, or with postpartum depression, OCD or anxiety symptoms. I welcome patients with cross-cultural concerns. I welcome patients from the veteran and the LGBTQ+ community.

She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Global (UMass Global). she is the founder of Noble Health & Behavioral Cares Services, LLC. She provides mental health services for all age groups, all gender, and all ethnic groups. Her organization provides comprehensive services for persons experiencing behavioral and mental illness, in-person and telehealth.

Dr. Tai Ajani, DNP, PMHNP-BC is doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified in psychiatric mental health and adult gerontology nurse practitioner. She has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider and has delivered high-quality health care to multicultural patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. During Lakeyia's nursing career, she developed a strong passion for psychiatric nursing after working in various settings. Due to Lakeyia's strong passion for psychiatric nursing, she was encouraged to pursue a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate at Walden University, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing.
