I'm a Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in therapy and medication management of all mood disorders. I strongly believe that total remission of your symptoms is possible. Research has shown that therapy in addition to medications for those who need them works best. Medication is prescribed as a last resort. I don't take prescribing medication lightly and do not believe in a one pill cure-all. There are many options we can explore.
