I am a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care for ages 18 and older. I help treat psychiatric disorders that include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, as well as others. My treatment philosophy is one of mutual respect and understanding, that emphasizes patient autonomy in deciding on treatment options such as medication, therapy, or lifestyle and behavioral changes. I utilize mindfulness and meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy techniques in visits.
I went to medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated residency training from Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. I routinely work collaboratively with other physicians and therapists for a team centered approach.
Apart from treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, My clinical interest also lies in the intersection between bipolar disorder and PTSD, as well as the coming use of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. In my free time I enjoy hiking, backpacking, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with family and friends.
