My focus is working with clients to better themselves through medication management. I strive to help clients gain and maintain control of their lives in the best way possible. I have worked with young children's anxiety and depression to elderly enduring changes in life situations. My main focus is working alongside of clients to help them with their stress management, grief, and trauma. I started my career working with veterans at VAMC on the drug and alcohol unit, followed by 24 years at Richard Young Behavioral Health Hospital. We are now registered to provide Spravato treatments focusing on Treatment Resistant depression.
I provide medication management for all ages, from childhood to geriatric. I offer an integrative approach in treating all of my patients. Starting at the core of every situation. Medication helps to bridge not only chemical imbalances but also while learning coping skills and identifying trauma through therapy.
I strive to involve patients and family members, where appropriate , in the treatment and care. Building a support system together for resources to utilize throughout treatment of current stressor. I understand the trials that friends and family go through when a loved one is struggling.
