I am an adult psychiatrist, providing both psychotherapy and medication management for patients with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse disorders, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, attention deficit disorders, and others. I practice evidence based conventional medication management but am complementary-medicine and alternative-medicine friendly. I will take patients who work with other psychotherapists and are in need of medication management alone, or am able to provide both services.
I combine empathic, insight-oriented psychotherapy with personalized, up to date pharmacotherapy to achieve the best possible outcomes for my patients. Though I enjoy working with a variety of people, I particularly welcome those with substance abuse issues and those struggling with chronic illness.
