I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) across the lifespan. Embracing a holistic approach with the belief that mental health is a multidimensional experience, I strive to promote an active partnership with my clients to manage and decrease symptoms of mental illness. I would enjoy collaborating with your therapist or other providers, and believe combining both medication and psychotherapy allows for the best possible outcomes. I enjoy working with patients age 16 and older who present with a diversity of psychiatric needs.
I provide 45-60 minute initial diagnostic and medication evaluations, and 20-30 minute follow up psycho-pharmacological management with supportive therapy. I specialize in psychopharmacology with a strong emphasis on psychoeducation. During medication management visits, I may incorporate CBT, DBT and/or MI techniques, as well as lifestyle interventions.
I am committed to offering the best possible care in a compassionate manner to help patients achieve their goals and improve their lives. Treatment is always patient specific using evidence based practices.
