Hi, my name is Gabriela. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and are looking for support in making sense of what they’re going through. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy for adults dealing with a range of emotional and mental health concerns. I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PMDD, perinatal mental health concerns and stress related to relationships, family dynamics, or major life changes.
