Dr. Chasity J. Carswell is a double board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of experience. She is the founder and owner of Collaborating Minds LLC. Dr. Chasity received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2014. She then went on to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in August 2019. Dr. Chasity has worked in a variety of settings to include outpatient, inpatient crisis stabilization units, substance abuse detoxification and psychiatric consult liaison.

Hello, I am Grace Fomunung. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a plethora of experience with a diverse population including a wide range of experience with the LGBTQIA+ population. I have worked closely with individuals of the trans experience as well. I provide specialized care for clients ranging from adolescents to seniors that struggle with anxiety, depression, and more in both in inpatient and outpatient mental health hospitals in crisis stabilization. I also work with clients who have schizophrenia, OCD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, dementia, PTSD, and substance abuse.

I offer an evaluation that looks at many facets of a persons life that could be contributing to their mood and/or anxiety disorders. During an evaluation we will discuss medical history, environment, past trauma and lifestyle issues that will help formulate an integrative treatment plan. Diet, gut health, supplements, and inflammation all are considered in the treatment plan. I am totally virtual, I have practiced this way for over 10 years prior to COVID.

Dr. Dhingra is board certified in General Psychiatry. She completed her residency in adult psychiatry at the Emory University School of Medicine, and was chosen to serve as the Chief Resident for Emory University Hospital in her final year of adult psychiatry. Dr. Dhingra completed an additional year of training in Geriatric Psychiatry, graduating in 2020.
