Originally from Virginia, I earned a BS in Physics from the University of Virginia and then an MD from the University of Virginia. From there, I completed residency training and have become Board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction and practice these. Practice areas include people struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Substance Use disorders, ADHD and Interpersonal problems, among others. Scheduled sessions are generally 45 to 50 minutes in length and involve a combination of medication management as well as psychotherapy.
