As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), my focus is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. I work with children, adults, and older adults experiencing ADHD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma-related concerns, and women’s mental health challenges.
