I’m a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and former School Psychologist who works with real people, not buzzwords. My experience includes emergency psychiatry, inpatient care, and schools — settings where problems are complex and quick fixes don’t exist. Treatment focuses on what actually improves daily functioning, with clear explanations, practical strategies, and direct, transparent care tailored to your needs.
I treat anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and related concerns from adolescence through adulthood. My background in special education as a School Psychologist and in emergency and inpatient psychiatry with patients up to age 65 provides experience with both developmental challenges and acute crises. Care is practical and focused on daily functioning.
