Dr. Checo is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. She completed her psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA and a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She completed a fellowship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. Dr.
Checo provides outpatient psychiatric medication management for adults 41 years and older, and treats a range of conditions including mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (OCD, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorders, phobias), ADHD, trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychotic disorders. Dr.
