I use a novel psychotherapy, Dual-Brain Psychotherapy, as described in my new book, Good-bye Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, and PTSD (on Amazon). My primary focus is the understanding and treatment of one's inner emotional distress and its impact on one's everyday life. I believe that most psychological issues stem from early traumas that become repeated and enlarged throughout life. Often these traumas are covert and not appreciated.
I offer a novel approach that posits that trauma is more associated with one brain hemisphere (left or right) and needs to become the focus of an empathic, psychodynamic understanding and assistance. I am also a researcher at McLean/Harvard and have published 26 experiments on Dual-Brain Psychology.
I focus on the empathic use of psychological understanding to deeply understand and treat the roots of your problems. I enjoy working with people with a curiosity about their psychology and find that helping an injured inner aspect of a person is an essential part of enduring improvement.
