Medication is not the only answer: the best results are achieved by checking for health issues first and, adding counseling and medication or supplements.
Patients need to know they aren't alone. It is easier when you have someone you can talk with. I have experience in the school system and as a medical professional. I believe that many people find hope and support in their faith system.
