Accepting new patients from anywhere in Idaho! Do you sometimes wonder if what you're feeling is normal? Do you wonder why you are so forgetful, why it's so hard to concentrate, or why you easily get distracted? Or maybe it's hard to get out of bed in the morning, you lack the motivation to participate in life anymore, and you can sometimes be tearful for no reason. Is it hard to fall asleep at night, or do you wake up multiple times, which leaves you feeling exhausted the next day? Have you experienced trauma that has left you feeling anxious and on edge? You do not have to go through these challenges alone! I would like to help.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and ADHD but I treat all mental health conditions. Each individual has a unique past, present, and future. I do not believe in prescribing or treating in a "one size fits all" fashion. I value input and feedback from my patients.

I am open-minded, holistic, and solution-oriented. My hope is that patients leave their appointment feeling like their concerns have been heard and fully addressed, they were respected and not judged, they have a clear understanding of their treatment plan, and have a more hopeful outlook for their future.
