I am a dedicated and compassionate dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of experience in the healthcare field. I hold a Master's degree in Nursing Education and a Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Across the lifespan as well as Adult Primary Care. I have a strong background in providing comprehensive care to adolescents and adults, focusing on preventive health measures and managing mental health and chronic conditions.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed psychologist, and life coach with over 30 years of experience as a mental health professional. I work with clients who live in New York State and are considering medication to help them manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, traumatic stress, attention deficits, amongst other diagnosis. I work with ALL clients and am particularly a good fit for those who are considering medication for the first time OR whose first experience with medication was less than ideal. I also offer life coaching for those ready to bounce back from depression/anxiety and create their ideal life.
