Florida Counseling Network, LLC (FCN) is a rapidly growing agency providing a service delivery system in which behavioral health care is coordinated with medical care. We offer a wide array of on-site services, including evaluation and medication management, individual counseling, group counseling, and case-management. We also provide linkage to on-site cardiology, nephrology, and dental services.
Many times, individuals need behavioral health services but cannot access them because of their life situation. FCN works with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and independent living facilities to bring providers on site instead of having residents make special travel arrangements to a private office.
