I am a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I approach mental health from a compassionate, person-centered perspective, focusing on evidence-based treatments that are tailored to each individual's specific needs. I work with teenagers and adults who have mood disorders, anxiety, depression, etc. I am most comfortable treating major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, psychotic disorder, explosive disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and adjustment disorders using a combination of therapeutic approaches and, where necessary, pharmaceutical management.
