Dr. Mukerjee is passionate about racial, economic, and healthcare justice. They focus on trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA folks, refugees, migrant communities, people with substance use disorders, and people living with HIV. She is the creator and former coordinator of the Gender and Sexuality Health Justice concentration at Yale School of Nursing.
