Dr. Allison Jackson is a Harvard-trained board-certified psychiatrist who opened MindfulMD as a way to provide individually tailored, compassionate psychiatric care for her patients. She is accepting new patients in Florida (in-person and virtual) and Massachusetts (virtual only). She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, sexual health issues, bipolar disorder, PTSD, derm-psych conditions i.e. skin picking and trichotillomania, and many more. She also has worked with patients on managing stress related to relationships, illness, burnout, grief, career, or identity.

My goal is to establish a practice where patients are able to have timely access to medication management and counseling services in an effort to help them persevere with ease. I make my best effort to find the potential in each patient and formulate a treatment plan that is individualized to their needs. At present, I am offering the traditional outpatient setting as well as incorporating the use of technology to provide convenient psychiatric services to patients while they remain in the comfort of their own home.
