Melissa Aull, PMHNP Melissa Aull is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a Post-Master's Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health, from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa believes in a treatment philosophy where clients can expect an open, honest atmosphere that promotes learning, understanding the client's history, and building a rapport for establishing a therapeutic relationship and developing strategies for improved mental health.

Dr. Martha R. Alzamora is a psychiatrist working with adult population. She is the President and Medical Director of Continental Psychiatric & Lifestyle Medicine Services, PLLC and Nassau Psychiatric Services, P.C. Dr. Alzamora completed her training in Adult Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York State. She worked as Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, teaching and training medical residents.

Dr. Alison Larson is a double boarded child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She attended medical school in New Jersey at the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in general psychiatry at Temple University in Philadelphia where she was an advocate and member of the performance improvement and safety committee. Following her residency, she moved to Florida where she completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Florida.
