Dr. Jonathan Myrtil is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida affiliated with North Florida Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Myrtil stayed on at North Florida Regional as an Adult Psychiatrist and supervising physician where he treated patients from diverse settings including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization and IOP.

Dr. Sabera Saklayen is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with experience treating a diverse patient population in Long Island and New York City. She graduated residency from Stony Brook University Hospital where she served as chief resident, and proceeded to work as an outpatient attending in Manhattan upon graduation. Dr. Saklayen primarily focuses on medication management, however will often bring in integrative therapy approaches to each session based upon your needs within 30-min follow-up visits. She prefers to work in collaboration with you to determine the best and most feasible treatment while considering your safety.

Helen Lancy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, pursuing a Doctor of Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Missouri. With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

Zishan Majeed is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in the state of Florida. Zishan has experience working with adults who are experiencing chronic anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, eating disorders, OCD, parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, and more. Zishan offers medication management services in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Dr. James is a board certified adult psychiatrist. She has 32 years of clinical experience and worked as a Chief of Psychiatry at Pro Medica healthcare company. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient, Consult Liaison and ER settings. Dr. James graduated from Tufts University Boston's affiliated program. She was awarded the resident teaching award for excellent teaching program at Steward  St. Elizabeth Medical Center Boston where she initiated in her residency program. Her inclination is towards community adult psychiatry and is invested in the care of the families and a variety of individual adult populations.
