Welcome to Talkiatry. My passion is caring for patients with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Social Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD. My philosophy is to provide a comprehensive approach utilizing medication, supportive therapy and psychoeducation. I strive to provide care in a compassionate, non judgmental, and nurturing environment, taking time to explore symptoms, actively listen to the patient thus getting to know the person as a whole, their life stressors and what they are striving to achieve.

Dr. Alicia Garcete is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in practice for over 12 years. Her practice focuses on medication management, recognizing family involvement is extremely important and is an integral part of treatment. Dr. Garcete has treated a wide variety of patients. Her primary focus is treating depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD and OCD. Additionally, she can provide supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy but on occasions more therapy support may be needed, and the recommendation to bring a psychotherapist on the care team may occur to provide an optimal outcome.

Dr. Jonathan Myrtil is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida affiliated with North Florida Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Myrtil stayed on at North Florida Regional as an Adult Psychiatrist and supervising physician where he treated patients from diverse settings including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization and IOP.

I am a Board certified Psychiatrist Medical Director of Craft Behavioral Health LLC and Clinical Assistant Professor Department of Psychiatry Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. We treat Patients in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Most insurances accepted as well as cash patients. Treating all Psychiatric conditions and addiction. Dr. Caitlin Meyer is a board- certified in adult psychiatry with experience in a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, women’s mental health, and ADHD. Dr. Meyer’s practice is focused on medication management with supportive therapy offered in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Meyer received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she received the North Texas Society of Psychiatric Physician’s Award for outstanding medical student in Psychiatry. She pursued her residency in adult psychiatry at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Tsujimoto-Ryzewski is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. She completed her residency with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine where she served as a chief resident during her last year of training. Dr. Tsujimoto-Ryzewski has treated patients with a wide variety of diagnoses both during her residency and after her training while working at a busy private practice clinic as well as for the Veteran’s Administration.

The ideal client is quite simply someone who truly wants help. Someone who is willing to work where the goal is to live the best life, reach the goals one seeks, and to enjoy the journey. The details of how that is done of course depends on the individual's station at the time one seeks help.

Dr. Laura Ginory is double boarded in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Ginory's practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy offered in 30 min visit follow-up visits. However occasionally Dr. Ginory may believe additional therapy is needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Doctor Ruiz is a board-certified psychiatrist physician who specializes in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, ADHD, and pregnancy related psychiatric conditions. Dr. Ruiz received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry, graduating from the Honors College with Magna Cum Laude. She later completed four-years of medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and an additional four-years of psychiatric residency training.

Dr. Borad is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and has specialized in Addiction Psychiatry. She finished her residency from WVU campus of Charleston, WV and finished Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship from UPMC/Western Psychiatry Institute. She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at WVU of Charleston, where she was involved in working with residents in inpatient and outpatient settings, provided psychiatric consult services to hospitalized patients, and was part of the Outpatient Comprehensive Opioid treatment program. She has interest in treating patients with mood , anxiety and psychotic disorders.

Mr. Tully graduated from Jacksonville University with a Masters in Nursing and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He currently works full time at an outpatient office, treating adults with mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, thought disorders, abuse, trauma, and behavioral issues.

I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders. As a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, I can help patients with mental illness through medication management and patient education about the disorder. In addition, I will teach patients some coping skills, referral to other helpful resources, and collaborate with other interdisciplinary teams.

I specialize in mood disorders, chronic mental illness, and anxiety disorders as well as post-traumatic stress disorder and compulsive disorders such as OCD. In addition to holding certifications in both Medicine and Psychiatry, I am also a certified Addictions Nurse Practitioner with experience in treating substance use disorders as well as process addictions such as gambling and sex addictions. I have also worked extensively within the LBGTQ community around issues of sexuality and gender.

Dr. Rodriguez is an adult psychiatrist, who is fluent in Spanish and English. She emphasizes psychoeducation in collaborating with patients to help tailor a personalized treatment plan. Dr. Rodriguez has a patient-centered approach, combined with a passion for optimizing sleep as part of managing psychiatric illness. She offers supportive therapy during medication management visits, and may also offer cognitive behavioral therapy and/or recommend adding a therapist to your care team to optimize outcomes.

Jennifer is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She completed her graduate studies at Georgetown University and undergraduate degree at Drexel University. Jennifer is currently working on completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chamberlain University. Her background includes child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and addiction medicine.

Dr. Yates is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Yates may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. Yates received her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in San Antonio and has over 20 years of experience as a physician. She completed residencies in both Psychiatry and Family Medicine.
