Mr. Hyman has been a mental health provider for approximately twenty years. He earned his master’s degree at Boston College and is ANCC certified in Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health. He has a great deal of experience working with special populations.

Based in Fort Lauderdale (South Florida), Dr. Almeida-Scaff is board certified in General Psychiatry and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She currently sees patients (ages 6 to 50) in person or through telemedicine in Florida. She practiced in Atlanta, Georgia for many years prior to relocating to Florida and is able to provide care for patients in Georgia through telemedicine as well. Her areas of focus include treating adults, children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), depression and anxiety disorders. She provides psychiatric care for her patients in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

I've dedicated my practice to treating individuals with a wide range of psychiatric illness. My specialties in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults utilizes the application of the bio-psycho-social model. After completing training in Adult Psychiatry, I pursued a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. I am available to provide medication management. In addition, I have recently become the medical director for Dr Kahlil Shillingford's Bariatric Surgery Practice. My duties include providing clinical supervision to office and hospital staff and performing performance improvement studies.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a degree in Mental Health Counseling. Licensed Fl & OR. I see all ages in the privacy of my office and by Video. I take a holistic approach to care and provide clients with unconditional positive regard. I am licensed to prescribe medications as well as provide psychotherapy or work in conjunction with your psychotherapist. Inpatient and outpatient experience. Experience with eating disorders, alcohol/ drug addiction, woman's issues, severe mental illness, and postpartum depression along with generalized anxiety, depression and ADHD.

My educational background was primarily in cognitive and clinical psychology research. While in school, I had the opportunity to interact with many mental healthcare providers in the field. Although I loved researching and contributing to the development of our collective knowledge of mental health, I felt I could impart the most good in a direct care role. I graduated with high honors from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College before earning my master's and doctorate degrees in nursing from Columbia University.

When an individual is exposed to trauma or any significant life events, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Our greatest passion is working with individuals who have been impacted by these events and helping them to rebuild their ideal self-image. We find great pride in helping individuals to achieve healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthening their interpersonal relationships. There's no single approach in helping individuals achieve their optimal mental aptitude. I am Gintaras Razaitis, a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) holding a graduate degree from the University of Miami. Previously, I practiced as a psychiatrist at Vilnius University in Lithuania, part of the European Union. In the US, I've worked across different settings, aiding individuals grappling with diverse mental health challenges. I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist Practicing in New York City. Due to requests, I have started providing tele-psychiatry services in Tennessee.
