After 30 years of healthcare experience, it's become very evident that there is no separation between wellness of the body and wellness of the mind. Unfortunately in most healthcare settings, only the wellness of the body is assessed. My philosophy is to assess the whole person. And in order to achieve this, I listen to my patients' concerns, but most importantly, I listen to their stories.I believe in providing patient centered care in a professional, yet compassionate nature, with emphasis of balance of mind, body, and spirit.
I will be providing child and adult psychiatric evaluations along with the prescribing and monitoring of psychiatric medication for the following disorders: Depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, lifestyle issues, and weight loss.
