I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and emotional exhaustion can feel—especially when symptoms have been ongoing or treatments haven’t worked as hoped. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. We work together to understand your symptoms, life experiences, and goals, then build a plan that makes sense for you. I prioritize shared decision-making, includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, etc.
Your sessions are focused on getting to know you. We’ll review your mental health history, current concerns, symptoms, past treatments, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
