My name is Pam Collins and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner with certifications in several different modalities which allows me to integrate holistic and complementary approaches in your care. I treat the whole person not just a piece. I perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, prescribe medications and provide individual therapy. Her journey began in 1999 when she graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Meridian Community College. She then progressed to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2015 and graduated at the top of her class. After furthering her career in nursing management and stress management courses, she decided to pursue the Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatry, at Herzing University where she graduated with honors.

Carol Dowd is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for helping people in all stages of life. Through her extensive nursing experience, she has gained valuable insights into the unique mental and emotional challenges individuals face. Her empathetic approach and commitment to providing holistic care makes her a trusted ally in promoting mental well-being.

I grew up in North Dakota and Wisconsin, my fondest memories being helping (playing!) on my grandparent’s farm or playing basketball and tennis. After that I attended West Point, where I added rugby to my list of sports. I was in the Army for 11 years after graduation, including two trips to Iraq and one to Kuwait. Now I have settled in Aurora, Colorado. I enjoy hiking and doing wood working projects with my family as well as giving lots of attention to my two dogs.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of Nursing experience beginning as a CNA, then as a bedside Registered Nurse for over 12 years, many of which were spent in the critical care unit where I worked during the Covid pandemic. My experience during that time cemented my need to care for patients in order to prevent them from finding themselves in that setting. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, and spending time with loved ones when not traveling and learning about other cultures.
