I use motivational interviewing and various therapeutic interventions tailored to identify each client's strengths and weaknesses while helping them move closer to their personal goals.
I have worked in psychiatry for over 5 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have been in the medical field for over 19 years. I believe in total wellness using traditional evidence-based practice strategies, medications, therapy, nutrition, exercise, spiritual health, vitamins, and supplements.
I listen to the needs of my patients and their loved ones while encouraging their input in developing goals and creating effective therapeutic plans. My passion is encouraging people to improve their mental health with courage, grace, and determination.
