We use a range of modalities and they vary depending on the client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Christian Counseling and occasionally will implement Brain spotting to help clients process certain traumas and unlock suppressed memories. With CBT, we focus on examining our thought patterns which can often impact our decision-making abilities.

I'm well-versed in traditional therapeutic techniques as well as evidence-based medication management to ensure my patients receive the most thorough level of care.
