I am a Vanderbilt University educated, Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps through medication management, Executive Function Coaching, and EMDR.
I work with patients in New York, Maryland, and Delaware. I have worked in the hospital with those in mental health crisis. Now, I specialize in medication prescribing and psychotherapy for ADHD, trauma, and bipolar disorder.
I see my patients online the majority of the time. All patients are medication patients with me at least in the beginning. If possible, it is my goal to wean patients from medication within 2 years. I do not do stand alone therapy. If you need it, I will do stand alone medication management and collaborate with your current therapist if you wish.
