My practice, Bountiful Mental Health, provides a boutique psychiatric experience for families, children, adolescents, and adults, with timely appointment availability and individualized care. Our two-hour evaluation session allows time to establish the initial correct diagnosis. Through our work together, I get a full picture of your life and how best to help you and your family achieve your goals. Non-medication approaches are emphasized as the most sustainable path to life-long health, though medications may be prescribed with careful attention to preventing or eliminating side effects while obtaining full benefits.

I provide person-centered therapy and medication management. I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, family conflict and more. I strive to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship with each client to ensure I have a good understanding of your concerns and goals. I work with each client to develop a treatment plan with hopes of alleviating distress and helping individuals build their coping skills.

My practice focuses on helping people with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, PTSD; individuation within the framework of psychodynamic psychotherapy. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents (18+), adults, couples, and people involved in the arts. Childhood experiences and relationships with one's family of origin influence an individual's personality and provides a template for future relationships. It can therefore be fruitful to understand via therapy that your family relationships are not destiny. I believe therapy is a psychological and spiritual journey, requiring empathy, patience, and validation of feelings.

I provide psychiatric consultation, medication management, and therapy. I also have a background in therapeutic approaches including psychoanalysis, mentalization based treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy, and family therapy.

Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.

Hi there, and welcome. If your child's behaviors and/or emotions have you feeling eager to find a solution, I am here to help. Being a parent or caregiver to a child struggling with behavioral and emotional challenges is tough. And despite the fact that you know your child best, you may still be struggling to find the right interventions, supports, and resources to make it all better. That's where I come in. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I can help you navigate the various resources available to support your child.

I have been a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2014 in primary care settings where I supported pediatric patients' physical and mental health. Through this role, I gained ample experience treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety in pediatric and adolescent populations. I completed Duke University's PMHNP program, during which time I worked with adolescent and adult populations in community healthcare clinics, a partial-hospital program and an emergency department. I have training in CBT and have studied DBT. I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a special interest in providing care for youth and families.

My patients often share with me that they look forward to their appointments with me as an opportunity to heal, to learn, and to grow in ways that were surprising to them. That is one of the most gratifying parts of my work. I am passionate about offering a holistic and inviting approach to emotional health treatment. I have significant training and experience to provide the most comprehensive care possible and deeply connect with patients. I attended medical school at Tufts University, and completed my adult residency program at Harvard Medical School (MGH/McLean). I am also certified through Postpartum Support International.
