Dr. Wilke is a Board Certified Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is currently the Director of the Kaiser-Permanente Unit at Aurora Behavioral Healthcare, San Diego. He also maintains an outpatient private practice in Rancho Bernardo. It is Dr. Wilke's goal to provide accessible and affordable healthcare of the highest quality to his home community.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and consultation as well as psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Ashok Parameswaran is a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Born outside of Philadelphia PA, he moved to San Diego for residency. In San Diego, he has worked in a variety of outpatient clinical care settings serving patients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
